1. Do I need to expose my stories for this to be effective on group zoom?

Well, I have a saying: "Trust the tools OR tell me your story and I charge you double and it will take infinitely longer to get untangled."

so. No, we work with metaphors and pictures that represent the energy you feel when emotions get triggered, it's actually humorous and quite fun. We tend to not be re-traumatised.

2. How much time will this take in the week?

For 5 weeks schedule 2x 5 min a day for practice. Every week you get a MAIN TRACK video teaching and a Bonus if you have ticked it off your list. each will we a small video with a little journaling and practice this does not need to exceed 30 min.

The weekly coaching call is a little group play and Q&A it is recorded and can take 1.5hours (whatever it takes to get to the prior submitted questions)

3. Can I still ask questions when I can't make the Tuesday call?

4. Do I have to have a buddy?

Who does not want to find a new friend they can actually be themselves with and have tools to hold space for you to discover your authenticity, they are precious gems?

You have 3 weeks you make friends in the group, if you do not come with a buddy, it's additional help to keep you going after and manifest strong new habits.

I share a "100 days to a New Habit sheet" with you where you will tick off every day.

Post it on fb when you have a string going and just focus on not breaking it when you got it.
